You can update the price of an existing recurring subscription product directly in Phoenix. Changing a subscription price helps you adjust revenue, align initial and recurring charges, and keep pricing consistent across your store without creating new products.

You can quickly fix incorrect pricing that was previously configured on a subscription product.
To update the price of a recurring subscription product:

Log in to your Phoenix Dashboard.

In the left navigation menu, go to eCommerce.

Click Products.

If you manage multiple stores, select the store where the subscription product is available, then click View to open the product list.

(Optional) If your store contains many products, use Filters to narrow the list by product type. In most cases, you will see products such as VIP Initial and VIP Recurring, depending on how your subscriptions are configured.

Select the appropriate filter and click Apply Filter.

Locate the subscription product you want to update and click the Edit icon (pencil) next to the product.

In the product details view, click the Edit icon again at the bottom of the page.

Update the product price as needed.

Click Update.

Click Update again to confirm the change.
Maintain Pricing Consistency Across Subscription ProductsIf your subscription includes both an initial product and a recurring product, repeat the same steps for each one to ensure pricing remains consistent across related subscription items.
Once saved, the updated price applies to future subscription billing cycles based on the existing cadence.
